Going to see Hangover I could not help thinking Very Bad Things with Christian Slater and Cameron Diaz.
The first 15 minutes, with a few exceptions, virtually identical: A few days the groom's wedding hand in Vegas with his pals for an unforgettable evening. The scene where they discover their result is almost a replay (if I remember correctly). For reasons of copyright Todd Phillips, director, decided not to take undue advantage and replace cocaine with alcohol and then I told myself why I got into this room?
But that's where I plant. The rest is just great, completely crazy and hilarious: The day after the cooked guys wake up with a violent hangover, a tiger in the bathroom, a baby in the closet, a chicken, a whore and groom who disappeared with his bed. And not the slightest recollection of the evening.
Their mission is to try and find the groom to remember their evening.
The characters are funny and friendly with a special mention for Zach Galifianakis, hilarious situations are linked and the film ends with a standing ovation from the room that had a good laugh.
